Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellation by the Customer:
⦁ If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing or via email at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
⦁ Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time will be subject to a cancellation fee, which may vary depending on the specific trip and destination.
⦁ No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time or in case of no-shows.
2. Cancellation by Syp Trips:
⦁ In the unlikely event that Syp Trips needs to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.
⦁ In such cases, you will be offered the option to reschedule your trip or receive a full refund.
Refund Policy:

1. Refund Eligibility:
⦁ Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy mentioned above.
⦁ Refunds will only be provided for cancellations made within the specified time frame and in accordance with the cancellation policy.
⦁ No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time or in case of no-shows.
2. Refund Process:
⦁ If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 10 business days from the date of cancellation.
⦁ The refund will be made to the original payment method used for booking the trip.
⦁ Please note that any processing fees or charges associated with the refund will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Partial Refunds:
In case of partial cancellations, where only a portion of the trip is canceled, the refund amount will be calculated based on the applicable cancellation fee for the canceled portion of the trip.
4. Non-Refundable Items:
⦁ Certain items, such as visa fees, permits, or other non-refundable expenses, may not be eligible for a refund even if the trip is canceled.
